Steps to a natural gas connection
Technical customer consultant:
Our customer consultant contacts you and arranges an appointment for a personal counselling interview. You will receive a non-binding calculation.
Concessionary gas installer:
Contact an installer of your choice, he will inform you about the installation and costs of a gas facility and hand an application of interest to the natural gas department of Energie Graz.
Order:
You will receive the calculation of Energie Graz with an enclosed order form. Please sign the form and send it back.
Development of labour/check of the facility:
Having fixed the connection, we will closely check your facility, before it is put into operation.
Installation of the meter:
If your entire gas facility is in order, the electro-certificate and the confirmation of the connection from the chimney sweeper are added, the staff members from our meter department will install your meter.
