The natural gas retail prices are all around prices, which also include the network access fee according to the gas-system access regulation 2008 (GSNT-VO Novelle 2011).
The legal natural gas exhalation (EAbg.) accounts 6,6 Euro-Cent a standard cubic metre, which are 0,5898 Euro-Cent a kilowatt hour, exclusive sales tax. The prices of the base fee and the eco bonus do not include the natural gas exhalation.
The fuel value accounts 11,19 kilowatt hours at the time. If this average changes in the billing period more than 2 % the actual value for the evaluation of the kilowatt hours is accounted.
Measuring Capacities
Depending on the meter size, a monthly measuring capacity fee for provision, operation, calibration and a yearly data reading, is charged. It has also to be paid if the plant is not used – namely as long as the meter is located in the plant.
