Conditions of participation for objects in redevelopment areas according to § 2 Abs. 8 IG-L (respiral dust areas) in the service area of Energie Graz
Coverage of the offer:
- This offer applies for new district heating customers of Energie Graz.
- The offer applies for private customers as well as small trade customers; in border cases Energie Graz makes the decision. The final acceptance of the furtherance is exclusively carried out by Energie Graz.
Coverage of the offer:
- Heating adjustment to district heating, with already existing district heating plants and for additionally connected flats respectively.
- Fitting of district heatings in newly constructed one-family houses.
- The object has to be located at an already existing district heat conduction of Energie Graz or one that has to be built. The technical and economical feasibility is required.
- The continuance of the offer is temporary and can be seen in the estimation of the costs.
- The furtherance through Energie Graz is only possible if no other furtherances or discounts of Energie Graz are or were accessed.
- The amount of the furtherances of Energie Graz and the country Styria is booked after the commissioning on the due date.
- The maximum total receivables must not exceed the connection charge; if the connection charge is lower than the furtherance limits, an aliquot furtherance is carried out by the country Styria and Energie Graz.
- The commissioning of the heating and availment of this offer is linked to a binding period of three years (district heating supply from the network of Energie Graz)
- The participation in this offer is only possible if all conditions are kept.
- No recourse of legal action is permitted.
- When accessing the furtherance the customer explicitly accepts that all data, which is required for the clearing of the furtherances is passed on to the responsible divisions of the country Styria.
